TRT Prime is a care coordination and health platform operated under Florida University of Health and Sciences. Clinical evaluations and prescriptions are handled by independent licensed NPs and MDs. Medications are dispensed by a separately contracted compounding pharmacy. FUHS coordinates your care — it does not employ the providers or dispense medication directly.

How long until I receive my medication?+

After your consultation and prescription, expect 7–10 business days for your compounding pharmacy to prepare and ship your medication via FedEx. Refills ship automatically each month so you're never without.

How often are labs required?+

Labs are required at 10 weeks after starting treatment (to confirm how you're responding), then at 6 months, then annually thereafter for ongoing monitoring. Your provider uses these results to fine-tune your protocol and ensure your safety throughout treatment.
